Step 1: Click on compose message and select Find a member below recipients box, its so important Step 2: You get "Find a member" search box as shown below. Enter the username and click on Search Step 3: You get the list of members with the username. Select the tick mark near the username and click on 'select marked'. This inserts the username in the recipients box.
